Anna Jaffey Reflexology

A Home-Based Reflexology Practice in Kings Heath, Birmingham

Anna Jaffey (MAR. MIIR)

Anna runs a successful Reflexology practice from her home in Birmingham. Her reputation as an experienced holistic therapist has grown over the years, and she has many regular patients from the local area, as well as further afield. She also makes home visits to those patients unable to travel, and to children who may be more comfortable being treated in their own home.

A Reflexology treatment is far more than just a foot massage. It can induce a state of relaxation, improve energy flow and blood supply, and help to restore equilibrium throughout the body.

Precisely applied pressure on specific reflex points on the foot or hand affects body organs in a positive way.

Reflexology can be used to treat conditions such as PMS, Infertility, Migraine, Anxiety, Insomnia, Exhaustion, ADHD (especially in children),
Indigestion, IBS, Bowel problems etc.

About Reflexology

Reflexology is thought to have originated in Ancient Egypt and China many thousands of years ago, but modern Reflexology was first developed in the United States in the early 20th century, and was originally called “zonal therapy”. It is based on the theory that the body is divided into ten zones running longitudinally from head to toe — five on each side of the body. Precisely applied pressure on specific reflex points on the foot or hand will affect body organs in the same zone.

Testimonials

“I became interested in Reflexology after reading various articles in magazines and papers about it, and was delighted to find a practitioner in the near vicinity……After several treatments I was aware that unknown tensions in my back were beginning to diminish. I became more relaxed and open, and found I was enjoying work to a much greater extent. I lost two stone in weight, I had my hair cut short – was quite a different person in fact.
Reflexology works! Give it a try!”
